'90s teenager Moe finds himself transported to a dystopian future ruled by the evil tyrant Drone. Commanding an army of bio-enhanced human beings, Drone has systematically conquered the entire world. Through his advanced technology, Drone sees all and rules all.
Or so he thinks.
Surviving long enough to find sanctuary with the Resistance, Moe is told something unbelievable: He, and he alone, can go back in time to prevent this hellish world from coming into being.
